This is the pipeline as an ongoing partnership. A large B2B vendor agency kept me on as their technical partner across a run of projects on their marketplace platform. The through-line was the same one in every build here: pull information out of where it gets stuck (documents, scattered relationship activity) and surface it where someone can act on it. Mostly, that meant giving people back their time.
The problem
Their reps had more relationships than they could keep straight. Vendors and contacts needed regular follow-up, but the state of each relationship lived in memory and scattered notes, so things slipped. On the content side, documents and product information weren't ingested or searchable in any reusable way.
What I built
- Relationship tracking: a system that tracks where each rep relationship stands and leaves an update telling the right person when it's time to check in, so follow-ups stop depending on memory.
- Document ingestion and knowledge base: ingested their documents into a structured, reusable knowledge base.
- A presentation feature built into the platform.
The results
Follow-ups stopped slipping: each relationship's status is visible, and the platform prompts someone when it's time to act. Document ingestion turned static files into a usable knowledge base. Across the engagement the theme held steady: less manual tracking and searching, more time on the work that matters. As an ongoing partner I shipped these as a series rather than a one-off, which is its own kind of proof.
Built with: n8n, LLM-based ingestion, and a custom relationship-tracking system.
